add Mechanic Sounds – and more action time related to skill
Add sound for mechanic activity and more timed action for mechanic install/unistall and Take/Repaire engine part actions related to mechanic skill
it’s better realistic and immersive ( Having a vehicle and maintaining it shouldn’t be a quickly action !! )
level 0 = 40/45 s timed action level 5 = Usual timed action in "add Mechanic Sounds" Mod level 10 = 10-15 s timed action
