Enemy Blood Donations (But it works!)
This mod gives a lot more use to your temperance cards, allowing blood donation machines to accept blood from all enemies and not just Isaac!
Enemies that touch blood donation machines will donate their blood for coins taking 25 damage per use (+5 per floor). Additionally, bosses take 40 damage (+10 per floor) and have a 30% chance of breaking the machine on use so it’s not too OP.
This mod was inspired by another mod which did basically did the same thing called Aggressive Donations (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2654236929), but that mod seems to be broken and crashes after leaving the room, so this mod is basically the same thing but working!

[UPDATE]: Damage dealt to enemies is now separate from boss damage, and scales linearly per floor starting at 25 damage + 5 per floor. Boss damage has also been nerfed as per feedback. Thank you guys!
