Natsumi Step is a japanese Flash animation from 2003, created by Minoru Takehara ( http://koshiandoh.com/ ). It has gained a sort of cult classic status over the years. This character, Natsumi Andoh, is the main character from the animation.

with NSPECIAL, you throw a locket! The locket can be hit by attacks to keep it in the air for longer, and your kick attacks (FTILT or BAIR) will send them horizontally.
FSPECIAL is Natsumi Slash, a tribute to the fanmade natsumi minigame with the same name. Similar to Clairen’s FSPECIAL, however with hitbox to the entire travel distance! Once it hits, you swap the location with your opponent!
DSPECIAL is a sliding kick that when it hits, it bounces you right behind your opponent! It also gives some vertical velocity, so you could use it to stay on air for longer as you combo?
USPECIAL just bounces you upwards
