FIXED [17th June 2023 UPDATE] – In this "FIXED" version, all rooms are now assigned for all departments. You will still need to play through the scenarios to unlock departments, but you will then be able to hire staff without having to worry about correctly assigning rooms. It is all done and ready to go now.

WARNING – This is a large hospital and may require a fairly good PC in order to run smoothly, especially when well staffed.

NEW Royal Peeping Hospital is the long awaited updated version of my original Royal Peeping Hospital (most popular hospital download of all time). It now includes all DLC departments, making this hospital 100% complete.

This hospital was created during live streams at first and later various YouTube series’. Uploading to the workshop was something I promised my viewers, but I am thrilled for it to be available to anybody who enjoys this game.
