Description:

Landed duke and higher ruler can now actively seek out a good prowess wandering characters in their area then recruits them. Claiments included.

Add a decition to use 50 gold and 100 prestige to get 2 powerful knights every 5 year.

Also add a right click action to atively recruit useful prisoner (high pwowess,martial,doctor) for both player and AI.

Best use with a duel-features mod like ‘more single combat’ where knight are actually matters in warfare.
