Description:

Do You Like Hurting Other People?

We don’t have any information on this guy and his habit of communicating through an 80’s model dictaphone means we don’t even have a voice, all we really know is that he’s a dangerous psychotic… a sociopath, supposedly, he once killed the whole, the Russian mafia in Miami on their own. Though Jacket is the last to brag (he doesn’t speak at all), his achievements in the criminal underworld are widely known.

Archetype:

Hit & Run/Tech-Chaser

Pros: Very high damage output and high mobility.
Cons: Weak recovery, weapon drops are based on RNG.

Moveset:

N-special: "Guns For Show":

Using his Uzi, Jacket fires a barrage of bullets capable of destroying projectiles, but the bullets are counted and the gun must be reloaded.

F-special: "Pitcher":

Whether it’s to close the distance or stun his victim, Jacket will throw whatever comes to hand.

D-special: "I got New Friends":

Jacket can pick up a random weapon from the ground to have a minimum of 2x in combo.

U-special: "Knife For Pros":

In a fast-action turn, Jacket gains momentum in a jump that allows him to gain priority in the air.

Gimmick: "Special Forces"

Jacket has a vast knowledge of the arsenal and the use of any object within his reach as a weapon, this guy is about to enter the cage and prove that he is also an animal.

Arsenal:

Baseball bat: Damage and knockback in balance.
Golf club: Low damage and slightly high knockback.
Sledgehammer: High damage and high knockback.
Fire Axe: A light upgrade in damage to the baseball bat.
Katana: High damage and low knockback.
Chainsaw: Different moveset, taking a style based on grabs.
Trophy: Without moveset, it is used as a high-risk throwable object.
Shotgun: Replaces the Uzi for more damage, less bullets and a lot of recoil.

Note: As a projectile its damage varies in relation to its description and a minimum 2x combo counter is required to pick up a weapon, this is to avoid abusive spam, but it is a temporary solution prior to the rework.
