all cultures have horse archers

more unit modifiers replacing levy modifiers

Higher Economy income compared to Vanilla decreased compared to my 99 men at arms innovations mod

Duchy Limit set to 6 up from 4

watch towers can now be built in all terrain type and increase control
i saw this idea from Useful Watchtowers a mod made by murden

Thanks alot ChevisHK for pointing the tax mistake in the trade ports and pastoral lands i have fixed it by reverting the tax codes but adding a holding tax modifier to make up for it thanks allot

i have removed all levies from this mod only men at arms regiements are now available
with no levies at all building up castles and towns economy is allot more important
i hope people enjoy the changes
