Baseball Bat
The Baseball Bat gives you the ability to use a melee attack like forgottens bone club.
Just like forgottens bone club it has a bit of knockback, it will knock away bombs, it will break fires and poops instantly, it can open spiked chests without hurting you, it can hit enemies or pick up coins/keys/bombs across 1 tile gaps, it will synergise with tear effects like mom’s perfume and it can deflect projectiles if you have the lost contact item.
By default its firedelay is 4 times your projectile fire delay, its damage is 3 times your damage and it does not stop you from shooting tears.
However those settings can be changed by using Pibers20’s Mod Config Menu.
For a character that starts with the Baseball Bat try Ness.
(Baseball bat does not have the charge to throw ability and if you pick it up as the forgotten it will give you 20/20 instead)
I have included an alternate version of the sprite that looks like casey from Enter the Gungeon, to use it press ~ to open the console and type in ‘usecasey’, then press enter.
To set it back to regular baseball bat just do the command again.
You can also change the other settings without the config menu by opening the console and using the following commands "batblockshots", "batswingrate X" and "batdamage X" where X is a number from 1-20.
