Vitiated Characters
Vitiated are New Versions of Characters! You can access them by entering Hub area by starting game as blue doors!

Vitiated Isaac: He can now hold more than 8 items… But at a cost. If he has more than 6 Items he will start to loose them after few minutes. But if you play it right you can get better items! Thats thanks to Dice Shards appearing sometimes after clearing a room, allowing you to reroll more often. Additionally Isaac starts with new pocket active called "Reshape". It allows you to consume an item pedestal and in return you wil be allowed to have more than 6 items before starting to loose them! You can only use it 4 times before it disappears.
Vitiated Forgotten: The Soul and The Body now switch places. Now The Body is the one that can take damage, and The Soul is the one immune to attacks. The Body is still immobile, and needs to be carried by The Soul. You can drop The Body by pressing CTRL. After dropping it you can now shoot using The Soul. Press CTRL again to summon The Body to you.
Vitiated Cain: Ahh bad are ways of miracles!
Cain can only find low quality items but his pocket active, which requires 40 pick ups, will upgrade the quality! In additon he now turns enemies into pickups instead of items!
Vitiated Lilith: Fetuses are yummy! Aren’t they? She holds 5 fetuses in her womb and can shoot them like c-section! After the while they become stationary and turns into incubus-like familiars! But what if they are in ♥♥♥♥♥♥ position? Worry not! Her pocket active makes it so all fetuses goes back to her womb. In addition she can find familiars in each treasure room! Those familiars will give you special suprise…
Vitiated Azazel: Don’t you hate having to charge brimstone? Say no more with new ak-47 azazel also known as Gunzazel! He gets 1 ammo per 0.5 tear stat and can shoot brimstone lasers will small cooldown but has to reload, when reloading you can try to score Perfect Reload (aka Active Relaod) which grants temporary damage up, more ammo and curses all nerby enemies! But be aware that missing has great consequences!
