Removes restriction on non-European nations getting Marx.

Adds historical (or at least historically inspired) Communist flags to (so far):

Prussia/NGF/SGF/Germany (shared)

Sardinia-Piedmont/Italy (shared)
Great Britain
England
Ireland
Sweden
Turkey
Greece
Austria
Austria-Hungary

(Optionally) adds the following leaders to the Marx event:

Engels as leader of your industrialist faction, following communist ideology
Gender-swapped Karl/Fred (Karla and Freda)
Blanqui as leader of the Intelligentsia faction.
An all-in-one option to take Marx, Engels, Bakunin and Blanqui.

Also adds an event where the following leaders may be picked following research of the Anarchism tech:

Proudhon as leader of your trade union faction, following anarchist ideology
Bakunin as leader of your trade union faction, following anarchist ideology

Also adds an event where the following leaders may be picked following research of the Mass Propaganda tech:

Lenin as leader of your trade union IG.
Trotsky as leader of your armed forces IG.
Stalin as leader of your rural folk IG.
