There are three production methods：
Default： There is no output at this state
Basic：Everything you need for constructing higher level industry like mines and tools.
Advanced：All meaningful products you want in the game.
Every level increase of this building will increase 60 per product

AI will not build this building now. Remember to switch off the private construction in game rule such that player’s country won’t build this everywhere.
