Basic Oil (Aniline tech)
coal = 60
tools = 10
electricity = 20
### =>
oil = 60

Advanced Oil (Combustion Engine tech)
coal = 60
tools = 10
electricity = 20
### =>
oil = 100

Synthetic Rubber PM:
Basic Rubber (Plastic tech, no advance option)
oil = 30
tools = 10
electricity = 10
### =>
rubber = 100

AI will build them if its profitable, but extracting natural ones far more cost effective.
Icons for production methods use existing in game icons.
