Germanisation Mod lets you Germanise all of Europe and lets you expand the German Homeland beyond your borders without this you can never create a true Greater Germany
In the current version you can Germanise the dutch, swiss, latvians, estonians, lithuanians, polish, czechs, slovakians, hungarians, danish, swedish, norwegians, english, americans, ukrainians, belarusians, romanians, slovenians, serbians, albanians, croats, bulgarians, the finnish, the sami, russians, greeks, turks, north italians, south italians, occitans, french, bretons, spanish, wallonian, flemish, basques, galicians, catalans, portuguese, welsh, scottish, irish and the sorbs through decisions that become available as you expand your empire these decisions let you remove the various peoples homelands which lets you fully culture convert them
integrating cultures that are close to German also automatically incorporates their states
there is also a decision that just expands your homelands to states without German homeland
all of this is done at the cost of infamy
naturally this is not a genocide mod because genocide mods are not allowed this is entirely peaceful and voluntary 😉
