Current Content:
- Burgundian Cross as war flag for Monarchist Spain (before 1844). Can be used beyond 1844 via Decision.
- Ottoman Empire 5-pointed star flag and war flag (after 1844).
- Rising Sun war flag for Imperial Japan post-Restoration.
- Made Black-Red-Gold the default flag for Germany, Black-White-Red is now exclusive to Prussian-formed Germany. Added two war flags for Germany (regular and Prussian-formed).
- Sweden and Norway will now use their union mark canton (after 1844).
- A Decision that allows Monarchist Russia to choose between Vanilla Flag, Imperial Tricolor and Regular Tricolor.
- War Flags and additional State Flags for China (PRC and ROC).
- New State and War Flags for Italy.
