Elegy of Emptiness
The Elegy of Emptiness is an active item that can be found in Treasure rooms.
Using this item grants a statue which is based on one of Isaac’s transformations.
Each transformation has a different effect: Beelzebub gains a fly statue which creates blue flies, Leviathan gains a demon statue which scares enemies nearby, etc.
If Isaac uses the item while having no transformations, it will simply spawn a statue of himself which grants him a single coin.
When using it while having multiple transformations at the same time, it will spawn a random statue of the transformations Isaac has.
Interacts well with the Transmogrifier mod.
