Really strange that the developers have added hospitals only military. Tried to correct this omission.
Hospital with multiple methods of production, transportation, and different types of ownership.
Adds new technologies and building.
Depending on production methods uses alcohol, tools, cloth, opium, cars, etc.
Values are not final, but you need to build more buildings to have a noticeable effect.

Действительно странно, что разработчики добавили госпитали только военным. Постарался исправить такое упущение.
Больница с несколькими методами производства, транспортировки и разными типами владения.
Добавляет новые технологии и здание.
В зависимости от методов производства использует спирт, инструменты, ткань, опиум, автомобили и т.п.
Значения не окончательные, но для заметного эффекта нужно построить побольше зданий.
