This mod aims to improve the experience of cooperative ownership and command economy with fewer modifications
1. Laws
(1) Cooperative Ownership
Under the law, engineers, machinists, clerks and labors will make small (5%) reinvestment.
Add National Economic Commission which increase the reinvestment efficiency of pop by 5% and private construction allocation by 5% per level
Now the basic private construction allocation is reduced to 25% from 35% (considering institution, , the maximum can reach 50%)
The basic reinvestment efficiency bonus of farmers and shopkeepers is reduced from 25% to 10% (considering institution and technology, the maximum can reach 50%)
(2) Command Economy
Add Central Planning Commission, providing +2% throughput per level
2. Ownership
(1)the new methods
Add cooperative for trade center, shopkeepers and clerks 1:1
Add government patronage to arts academy, bureaucrats and scholars 15: 85
(2) Others
Replace the capitalists of the canal with bureaucrats. After all, the canal is not profitable now
If you want to use another canal mod, find and delete commonproduction_methodsbs_canals.txt under the mod directory
