Improved late game performance
updated to 1.1.2
This mod aims at improving performance of the game by reducing the number of pop. Specifically, the mod makes following changes:
1.increase assimilation, and increase MIN_ASSIMILATION to 1000
2.increase the conversion rate of religions,and increase MIN_CONVERSION to 1000
3.change all religions to atheism.（need to start a new game）
4.change the initial imigration law of most countries to ‘closed bolder’, except United States, United Kingdom,
France, Prussia, Russia, Qing, Belgium, Netherlands(need to start a new game)

本mod通过尽量减少后期pop种类的数量改善后期运行慢,卡的问题，包括：
1.增加种族同化率,另外把MIN_ASSIMILATION调高到1000
2.增加宗教同化率，另外把MIN_CONVERSION调高到1000
3.把所有宗教改成无神论（需要开新档）
4.改变大部分国家初始移民法律为关闭边境，除了一些主要国家包括美国，英国，法国，普鲁士，俄罗斯，清，比利时，荷兰(要开新档)
