Varangian casus belli adventure now is also avalaible for indipendent counts/duchies tribal rulers if they have a culture with horse lords, saharan nomads or desert nomads traditions.

New legacy

horse lords, saharan nomads or desert nomads traditions head of dynasty now can unlock a new legacy.

– Nomads traditions revamp

Now horse lords, saharan nomads or desert nomads traditions have new martial bonus and malus, as retreat bonus and siege malus.

– Nomadic captives
Now chance to be taken prisoner under siege is lower for characters in baronies whose culture has nomads traditions.

(only conty culture is important here, not the holder’s culture).
there is only 25 % chance to take a prisoner compared to normal chance in these baronies

Compatibility

Mod isnt compatible anymore with other mods who change nomadic described traditions and sieges.

So in general I suggest to put this mod in the last position.
