This mod simply reduces the number of cultures to 35%.
The replaced culture is merged into the minority culture of each continent.
A culture with a total population of less than 3 million and placed less interested continent
About 100 Culture will be in a game

I uploaded first deployed version of this mod for who want more optimization.

This mod overwrites all files of common/history/pop folder.
If you want to use this mod with some culture-related mods, you should place those mods below this mod on paradox launcher. (It sets those mods higher priority. so they will overwrite this mod’s files)
However, this will degrade performance than using only this mode.
