More Bookmarks+ Swedish Regnal Numbers Submod
This submod adds a semi-fictionnal list of historical Kings of Sweden, so the kings are correctly numbered according to the conventions.
You will have the possibility to have King Karl VIII, Erik XII, Emund IV, Björn IV if you start after 1300 for instance.
This submod also does a little tweak for Norway so Harald Bluetooth is not counted after 995. This prevents Harald Hardrada to be numbered Harald IV as the conventions number him as Harald III.
Also added some nicknames and name equivalencies unrelated to Scandinavia but irrelevant for a standalone submod. (For example Hugues I of France is now nicknamed "Capet")
Also some minor changes (corrected history of Sicily as Charles II the Lame of Anjou was not taken into account in the list of kings, or added the Rubenids in the history of kings of Cilicia after its creation by Levon II)
Alava and Viscaya are vassals of Castilla after 1224
Finally, I turned the Swiss Confederation into a republic because it was feudal
