No new de jure empires in Hispania

Description:

This mod disable the creation of new Kingdoms/Empires when ending the iberian struggle by "Compromise". The struggle will end but the kingdoms will remain the same de jure under the same de jure Hispanian Empire.

This mod only affects one file in the game (/events/dlc/fp2/fp2_struggle_events.txt) and should be compatible with any mod that does not affect this file.
