Treaty Port Remover
An Event/Journal based treaty port remover. making it more compatible than history file edits
Give the game an in-game-week or two and the event will fire.
Semi-Save game compatible. As the mod will remove *ALL* treaty port currently in the game.

History file edit. Only deals with Pondicherry, but also introduces mutual embargoes between GBR and FRA at game start.
If you want the embargoes go grab this, needs new game start though. The first mod on steam to tackle the treaty port issue

History file edit, this is the most minimalist version of my predecessors. Laocoon1997 went into detail as to why the Pondicherry treaty port is a problem. But basically, Pondicherry was giving France a ridiculous economic advantage.
