I decayed all bonus to 1/10, and removed all tax bonus. Seriously, I had not test this mod much, due to my real life works made me busy.

Adds a new building, the Public House, inspired by "Anno 1800" and "Tropico", into the game.
It consumes beer(from the Goods Expanded Mod), liquor, and something else, and gives several bonus to the state.
You can choose 3 basic and 2 advanced groups of production methods: "Alcohol Supply", "Drinks and Snacks Supply", "Smoking Supply", "Working Mode", "Ownership".
Alcohol Supply choices: "Horse Urine-Like Beer"/"Basically Non-fatal Ethanol"/"Everything Available"
Drinks and Snacks Supply choices: "Greasy Spoon"/"Islamic Wine"/"Oriental Leaves"/"Everything Available"
Smoking Supply choices: "No Smoking"/"Blow A Cloud"/"Chase the Dragon"/"Two Pronged"
Working Mode choices: "Flowing Sorrow"/"Enjoyee"/"Undercover Agent"
Ownership choices: Privately Owned/Publicly Traded/Government Run/Worker Copperative
