RIS – Carthage Overhaul
This submod for RIS adds plenty of traits and ancillaries that will make a more immersive and historical Carthaginian campaign. It includes a Carthaginian political party system, a trait tracking the Generals experience in battle and many other new traits, even for diplomats and admirals. It also has a spoils of victory mechanic, for now only available for Carthage and Rome which will award you with money after winning battles.
