Description:

A nice happy race of feudal fox-people. Alien Race Framework required, load this after that.

This update, thanks to the help of Ignis over there, Leeani have invented tuning forks! (I.E, lots and lots of tuning and changes here, mayyyybe not so OP now.)

Major tuning:
Move speed reduced, they were a bit too fast
Minimum confortable temperature set to -7, up from -39, they were a bit too insulated
Got their age-type right

Small tuning:
Banquet chair and throne have reasonable comfort. Adjusted furniture HP and fill percent.
Reduced cost of most research projects. Merged some researches.
Marked all researches to be ignored by tech advancing mod.
Marked all researches as leeani-exclusive in their descriptions.
Nerfed leeani leather insulation from 2.0 to 1.1 (less incentive to use it >.>)
Organic tail is marked as Leeani tail
Tweaked values of ciders, juices and berries.
Quarterstaff: removed "middle" attack, can Poke. Ajusted stats to better match with 0.19 changes.
Claws are less powerful.
Only Leeani can wear Bycockets (GFX reasons), which have also been tweaked for armour.
Outlander Union has a small chance to have a Leeani as caravan or base guard.
Ajusted melee stats to better work with 0.19 changes. Raised hp multiplier from 0.8 to 0.9 since their speed is not that OP of a bonus with massively nerfed ranged weapons.

Scenarios:
Fixed initial tech level for scenario (was Ultra).
Tuned (mostly reduced) apparel and weapon budget.
Traditions and cider brewing are unlocked at start for Leeani faction.
Leeani start with pemmican, passive cooler, smithing, recurve bows and greatbows researched.
Start with 3 great bows and 2 wooden quarterstaves instead of two bolt-action rifles (kinda outside their tech tree) and one plasteel quarterstaff (it is impossible to even make one).
Reworked starting apparel to be reasonably medieval. No tribal junk or spacer tech.

Built-in mod support:
Vulpine Race Pack (can install vulpine tails, ’cause leeani are vulpines)
