Important note: Radious has his own startpos and this DOES NOT allow for his changes to work with mixer. You must choose to either run this with mixer in order to play with custom factions or play with just radious enabled.
Overview
After 8 hours, YES 8 HOURS, of staring at databases, testing, debugging, and literally going through every single capital on the map its finally done and here.
This patch fixes every issue for AI and players. It allows the wood elves their normal occupation mechanic and gives the beast men access to settle in capitals, just as Radious Intended.
