Community Project Mod is a mod that aims to make some interesting additions and fixes to the current version of the game as well as integrate various UI, graphical, mechanical, and flavor mods directly in one package.

Goals for this mod include adding further flavor for countries in the form of events, journal entries, and decisions as well as developing mechanics and decisions that lead to more historical or plausible outcomes than the ones present in the base game.

– Player can now filter notifications
– Universal names integrated
– Visual Leaders integrated
– Literacy adjusted (As per Ultra Historical Research)
– Production methods are automatically switched in a newly conquered state
– Navies now need fuel to function
– Army & Navy Institutions
– Ability to enact State Atheism and convert your population to Atheist
– Ability to commit Ethnic Genocide.
– Can adopt western clothes if sufficiently modernized.
– Historical population modifiers added to France, Germany, and Russia so they end up with similar levels of growth to IRL
– Newspapers & Magazines integrated.
– Korea now has historical population
– Literacy rates lowered and adjusted to be more realistic
– "Zollverein" Opinion boost for Prussia when trying to invite other Germans to their customs union
– Countries will now leave customs unions if their market capital has less than 10% access
– Intelligentsia no longer automatically support Multiculturalism but need a leader with a "Cosmopolitan" Ideology
– Government Run PM’s now transfer their profit to the national treasury
– Plantations can now use fertilizers and tools
– State Transfer Tool integrated
– Transfer Cash Tool integrated
– Can now order puppets & subjects to build specific buildings
– Can now reject countries backing down from a diplomatic play
– Fixed characters not dying
– Fixed expeditions getting stuck
– Fixed Oregon Dispute – should lead to more historical outcomes
– Fixes to Manifest Destiny event chain
– Turkish culture no longer counted as Arab and as such its pops should look more accurate
– Fixes to several country colors
– Turkish states slightly edited and Ankara made capital of the Ankara state instead of Kayseri
– Intelligentsia no longer automatically support Multiculturalism but need a leader with a "Cosmopolitan" Ideology
– Better Interest Group Attraction Integrated
– Fixes to provinces bordering the Rhine river for prettier borders
– Communist Germany is now red and named "German Democratic Republic"
– Wealthier pops now consume more services as SOL increases
– Lowered AI chance for backing down, especially for independence plays
– Fixed Government Legitimacy.
