Smash Toon Link
A variation of Toon Link with smaller sprites and quicker movement, closer to how he plays in Smash Bros!
This version of him is intended for those who prefer a playstyle a bit closer to how Toon Link plays in Smash. He is smaller and faster, but has less range and a simplified moveset. You can get the original Toon Link here!

Neutral Special
With neutral special you can aim with the Hero’s Bow. Much like standard Toon Link, this can be aimed in any direction, and at full charge the arrows become light arrows. You can also shoot bombs with arrows to create a bomb arrow!
Side Special
Side special is Boomerang. The boomerang functions like it does in Smash, although it can be charged which makes it go through enemies and other projectiles. It can also be angled.
Up Special
Up special is the Deku Leaf. On the ground you’ll swing the leaf and shoot a wind projectile, while in the air you can use it to float with.
Down Special
Down special is Bombs. Bombs can be charged for bigger bombs and angled.
Much like standard Toon Link, down taunt is the Pictograph from Wind Waker. Functions just like it and compatibility is the same.
– If you’re playing with keyboard, you can activate keyboard mode by pressing Taunt at the beginning of the match.
– By default Toon Link’s voice lines are off, but you can enable them by pressing Start at the beginning of the match.
– The Kewtian alts have extra star effects and a giant hidden taunt! To activate this on any alt, press Attack+Jump at the start of the match.
– Toon Link has a mode that makes him stronger, called Triforce mode… To use it, hold Shield and rapidly press Attack at the start of the match. Use with care.
Although note that this won’t work unless the opponent is holding Jump to allow you to use this mode, or if the opponent is a CPU. This is mainly to prevent people from abusing this feature online.
– Set a Toon Link CPU to Level 1 for boss mode! This mode isn’t invincible, but Toon Link will use more of his power!
