Description:

Blue Blob, the friendly blob from the Mattyverse comes to Rivals of Aether!

Neutral Special
Blue Blob throws out a blob ball. Can be blown up again with neutral b while the ball is out, and you can hit the ball with other attacks to launch it.
Tap Specials
The ball can also be transformed by quickly tapping your other specials! Holding the special button will use the moves themselves, while tapping the special button and a direction will transform the ball. It’ll turn into a steam projectile with side special, a whirlpool with up special, and an ice cube with down special.

Side Special
Blue Blob shoots a cloud of steam as a slow projectile. If charged, the cloud stays much longer and hits multiple times, which helps with stage control. Blue Blob can also hit the cloud again to move it while it’s out.

Up Special
For up special, Blue Blob inflates into a balloon and floats temporarily. Allows you to spend more time in the air without using your jumps, and can be a good edgeguarding tool.

Down Special
With down special, Blue Blob freezes himself with ice. Landing on someone with it (or sliding into them) will do damage. While in this move Blue Blob also has armor and wont easily be stunned, but getting hit will knock him and the ice block around. It can also be hard to get out of the ice cube quickly after using it or getting hit, as it locks Blue Blob inside the ice for a moment.
