Description:

A fixed alternative Mod of that existed one in Steam Workshop.

Ask for Recognition:
Condition:
– Is Unrecognized;
– Not at war;
– Is not a revolutionary country;
– Has Alliance or Defensive Pact, or is in same Power Bloc, or is owed Obligation by a Great Power (or higher, so it supports the mods add higher level than Great Power)
– Relation with this Great Power is Friendly or better.
Effect:
– If accepts by the Great Power, the Unrecognized gets Recognition.

Offer Recognition:
Condition:
-Is Great Power or higher;
-Is Recognized or Colonial;
-Target country is Unrecognized and not a revolutionary;
-Not at war.
Effect:
-Target country got recognition;
– Great Power -5 Infamy;
– Relation +50;
– If Great Power owes an obligation to the Unrecognized, remove this obligation; If the Unrecognized not owes an obligation to the Great Power, add an obligation owes to the Great Power; otherwise +50 Relation.

Offer Recognition is Player only, AI will never use this.
