Description:

Niko From oneshot finds a way into rivals! this is for the RPG maker jam! Thank you so much krispy for helping make Niko! I also wanna thank Endarp with creating the orginal Niko mod i helped make

Neutral Special: Light
Niko Uses The Lightbulb as an attack, it glows and has a good killing sweetspot
If you charge it you can shoot out a beam of light

Forward Special: Minecart
Niko hops in the Minecart, Niko can move around and do whatever

Up Special: Mouse
yeet the child.

Down Special: Menu
A menu where Niko can choose 4 items. Niko can tap the attack button to use them but if Niko tap the special button it becomes "charged" and is an upgraded version of the item. this is based off of the whole idea of using items and combining them, well with the lightbulb that is.
