OTTO’s Dynamic Names, Flags & Colours 1.5

This mod tries to create a dynamic map in Victoria 3. Whether a nation manages to progress peacefully or is forced to do so by war & rebellion, any changes in hierarchy and distribution of power that may occur should be reflected in a nation’s representation. With greatest possible historical accuracy political changes are made visible on the map and in the names of countries. The colors were chosen to show a diverse map with distinguishable countries. (e.g. Great Britain has a confuseable similar color as the French Commune) Also "stupid" names that are used by default were swapped out to be more suitable in a historic context. (e.g. Germany formed as a monarchy has the name "German Empire" instead of the plain "Germany") Instead of plain flags, each flag was handmade by historical standards. Alternative history scenarios are also covered with custom flags (e.g. Italy formed with different states will have the correct badge in the flag)

Note that despite us trying to depict everything with greatest possible historical accuracy, some scenarios are just so far apart from history that we had to improvise on those.
