Description:

Modify bags through a tiered upgrade system to increase capacity. every tier gives +2 capacity, up to a maximum of 5 tiers (or +10 capacity)

Will also give weight reduction per tier, up to +8% increase.

Once upgraded, the movement speed multiplier will be removed so bags themselves will not slow you down.

Modified Satchels may be worn with backpacks
