Improved Deal Screen v1.01 (Rise & Fall)

I currently do not use this mod, and am not updating it. If someone else likes the concept of what I did here and wants to take it for themselves, feel free to copy anything you’d like from this mod and drop a note in the comments linking your version. Then I’ll post that link here in the description for you.
This is the Improved Deal Screen mod created by mironos/slicelonger and significantly improved by Aristos and the CQUI team. They created everything and deserve all the credit; I just copied and pasted from the CQUI project. It is exactly the same as theirs except for one thing… I changed the setting "Affects Saved Games" from YES to NO.
NO is the correct setting, the one they should have used, but most game types wouldn’t notice a difference between NO and YES. A game type where it is noticeable is in Hotseat Play-by-Email. In that type of game, when YES is selected, it forces all players to use that mod. If NO is selected, it doesn’t require the other players to choose that mod. So, obviously, if one were starting a Hotseat Play-by-Email game with Improved Deal Screen, they wouldn’t want to force all the players to use this mod, since it’s a cosmetic enhancement.
