Rimworld v1.1/1.0

This mod adds craftable plasteel as recipes for the refinery and machining work tables.
No new material or benches are required, designed to fit smoothly into vanilla RimWorld for those colonists that want a more direct method of acquiring plasteel.

New research requirements (1500/spacer) to develop methods of crafting plasteel, prerequisites of refinery and machining.
Once researched, the Machining table and Refinery have 1x and 4x recipes to make plasteel.

Machinery:
125x Steel + 10x Chemfuel + 3000 work => 25x Plasteel
500x Steel + 40x Chemfuel + 9000 work => 110x Plasteel

Refinery:
60x Steel + 60x Chemfuel + 3000 work => 25x Plasteel
240x Steel + 240x Chemfuel + 8000 work => 110x Plasteel
