Major settlements are forest cities and outposts can be upgraded for wood elves
This mod took me way too long to figure out, but it turns all major settlements into wood elf cities.
In addition, outposts can now be developed the same way minor settlements of other factions can.
However, with a unique spin to it. They follow the same building design as the forest cities, so the main building chain doesn’t require food, is expensive and takes a while to build. While the buildings do require food to build.
It should make the wood elves feel like a traditional total war faction, able to build an empire, with a thematic unique twist to it.
