What it does

1. Add special conditions at building ‘Port’ and ‘Construction Sector’. Ai will build these two buildings more conservatively. This also fixes 1.1.2 AI port bug.
2. Make Automation Production Methods more valuable to AI.
3. To prevent AI money, investment pool stacking issue, I add special events for AI to get payback those stacked money.

1. Mod that tweaks Port building and Construction building.
2. Mod that tweaks Automation Production Methods.

May have conflicts with this mod.
