Cosign [semi? echo fighter]
this character is a semi-echo fighter of air batter, mainly for use in brackets that don’t allow copyright stuff (but also just to be an echo fighter with some different moves and stats). he’s floatier, faster, and lighter, while also having slightly less range and killpower.

moves are pretty self explanatory if you read air batter’s description, so i’ll just list the main differences here:
-higher dash speed
-lower air accel
-lower weight (1.15)
-lower fall speed
-lower gravity
-lower air friction
-lower ground friction
-different crouch
-different up air
-different down air (can also bounce off of neutral special with it)
-different up special (kinda, try holding down after the ascent)
-different forward tilt
-different jab
-different down strong
-neutral special is a combo tool and stuns
-forward special doesn’t go as far but does more damage
-back air is smaller and weaker, but a bit faster and taller
-dash attack is faster, but weaker and has less range
-forward air is faster, but has more landing lag and less range
-neutral air is smaller but has angle flipper 10 on the multihit (instead of angle flipper 9)
-forward strong is thinner and weaker, but taller, faster, and less laggy
-various, more minor framedata/hitbox changes
