Better AI recruitment / Recruiting units without buildings
The AI doesn’t recruit high tier units very well, so I made AI able to recruit all units without building
(except for siege weapons).
Unfortunately, even the user can recruit all units.
Since the difficulty of the game increases, I think it is a trade off.
