Celestial Hurricanum
This mod adds in the Celestial Hurricanum, a Luminark-type unit for the Empire.
The Hurricanum can fire while moving and fires faster than the Luminark. However it also has less damage, less range, and is less accurate. If the Luminark is a sniper rifle, the Hurricanum is a submachine gun.
The Hurricanum has two passive auras, straight out of the Warhammer rulebook. "Battle Portents" which is a +5 attack buff to all units within range. And "Locus of Azyr" which increases your wizards’ recharge rate, mapwide.
