Placeable Particle Effects
Placeable Particle Effects is an addon that lets you place or attach (weld) various effects to spice up your work, like screenshots, artwork, animation, or whatever you are makeing.
======== How does that work? ========
Go into the spawnmenu, and then into Entities section. You will find several categories (PPE: [contents]).
Then you can choose an effect to spawn.
You have spawned an effect attached to small invisible prop, which you can move around and use construction tools on it, like Weld, Rope and others. I recommend installing the Item Highlights addon, to be easily able to find the small prop, and operate with it.
These effects can be used in dupes and saves.

•> Smoke, fog,
And more.
