This is a seperate version of the submod if people want it. The original Expanded Roster Radious Submob Compilation has everything included. Do not run with the radious compilation submod.
This mod adds a new hero and handful of unique and awesome norscan units. I’ve balanced for radious. If there are any issues, please let me know.
