Skink Mage Priest – Generic Lord for Lizardmen
This mod adds a new generic caster lord to all lizardmen factions – the "Skink Mage-Priest" as well as a new generic hero: "Chameleon Skink Huntmaster". The Skink Mage-Priest has 5 different variants with spells from one of the following magic lores: heavens, light, beasts, fire, life. For Nakai these lords are fully functional horde characters. Mod ported from WH2 with minor balance adjustments and new textures.
- Skink Mage-Priest (generic lord) – unlocked via Rite of Awakening
The skill tree of Skink Mage-Priests includes the blessing skills from Saurus Old-Bloods as well as the usual skills for their respective magic lore: heavens, light, beasts, fire, life. They have 3 different mounts: terradon, stegadon and ancient stegadon – while each magic lore variant gets a 4th mount that is different from the others, like for example Ripperdactyl for Heavens variant or Stegadon (Revivification Crystal) for the Life variant. They are unlocked via the Rite of Awakening and benefit from any effects, skills and tech affecting Slann. - Chameleon Skink Huntmaster (generic hero)
Chameleon skink assassins have a similar skilltree and stats as skink chiefs, but are more focused on ranged combat. They can unlock a custom "snipe shot" ability which weakens enemy heroes / lords when hit. Can be recruited from skinks T2 building or from the landmark "chameleon shrine" in Axlotl. They benefit from the same effects, skills and tech as regular skink chiefs.






I am not fully satisfied with the way the new textures are looking but i’ve already spent way more time on porting this mod than originally planned, so it has to do for now. Expect updates to textures and unit cards / portraits when i have more time.
