Description:

Removes Racial Aversion.

Note: does not remove factional (trait) aversion like aranessa’s hatred towards Norsca.
Note 2: Some stuff i’ve been unable to find like AI Grombrindals hate to High Elves.

But everything in the cultural relations table (which should handle normal racial aversions) is set to 0.
