Description:

This mod changes almost every aspects of the game.

1) ECONOMY: Growth of colony influences on resources gathering. New colonies produce little amounts of research and cosmite. Colonizers cost 2 colonist, need minimum 7 colonists in the colony to produce themselves and colony growth is slowed. This reduces expansionists style players/AI large advantage over defenders.Dwelling recruitment will cost energy as well.

2) HEROES AND UNITS: Now units damage is based on their Tier and Single or Repetitive Action. Ranged damage weapons Accuracy / Single or Repetitive Action are based on type of weapon / vehicle. Most of non damage abilities are Free. Promotion Rank Bonuses are changed. More overwatch abilities for some units and new abilities. Units costs and upkeep changed. Simulated battles should be less rewarding. Increased garrison defenses.

3) MODS: mods can make Tier1 units stronger than Tier4. Keep that in mind. Late game non modded low Tier units will likely one shooted.

4) BUILDING: Buildings cost production and energy.

5) OPERATIONS: More Tactical Points .Changed Higher Tier Operations to be deadly. Faster research for Covert Operations and Doctrines. Reduced cost of operations and upkeeps.

6) Some AI changes and flanking is now even more effective and crucial.

This mod changes almost every aspects of the game.
Here is a brief summary of what this mod changes:

-Colony’s population affects every resources production: you get production, cosmite, energy, influence and research bonuses related to the number of inhabitants in your colony.
-Sector expansion every 3 colonist.
-Slower colony growth
-Improved garrisons and colony defenses
-New Dwell Faction
-Weapons damage equals to Tier level (Tier 1 does 9 dmg for ranged repetitive, double time for single ranged, 11 for close combat repetitive and so on)
-Weapon range modified: pistols get range 100% accuracy, shotguns damage 3 tiles adjacent + dmg bonus, machinegunners get 3×4 area damage, snipers get 7 range but cannot fire within first 2 tiles
-Air vehicles are more evasive, but some weapon are better against them.
-Anti armored ground vehicles weapons.
-Ultimate Technology reworked with new "ultimate" units unlockable
-All tanks get an area damage + new visual effects
-Most units’ (not equipements) abilities are free
-Research is slower and every choice
-Units promotion reworked
-Units and building costs reworked
-Hero promotion reworked (especially now you heroes cannot use weapons until they unlock them)
-Units formations reworked (more units) + some new "evolving" units
-New Units
-Some units abilities reworked
-DEF and STR covert operation points based on colony growth (+1 +1 every 2 colonists growth), +1 STR every mission accomplished
-2 New Quests
-Some AI behaviours changed, flanking will be even more effective
-New races bonus and weakness
-Dwelling units now cost inflence and energy
-Lvl4 special tech units have a 1 colonist addictional cost
-4 classes for the Hero Leader to choose
-New Magical Weapons
