Kong Rongs Tweaked Monopoly
Max Monopoly is changed to 300% from 100%.
Army decreases this by 10% per army, down from 35%.
This is not really balanced so keep this in mind.
Then again neither is Liu Biao’s vassal tribute + governance or Zheng Jiang’s Demand Tribute. (not to mention if Biao gets ZJ as heir thats +50% tribute from vassal on top of the +50% Biao gives).
And you’re limited in trade deals and loose a trade if you wipe them out so yea.
If you disagree with the numbers, download RPFM and edit them yourself. Its easy peazy.
