Description:

This makes roleplay and playing horror maps more immersive, become a literal Ghostbuster.
(Yes the EMF is a reborn version from the one that used to be in BME Weapony, same with the umbrella and proton pack)

Findable under Weapons & Entities Tab–>Ghost Hunting

Features:
-13 Weapons
-4 Entities
-Nice sounds

Things to note:
-EMF Meter can detect ghosts in horror maps (stalkers, gman, etc.)
-EMF Meter can also detect Nextbots
-EMFM is more accurate than the weewoo box (ghost detector) on ghost hunt maps
-Ghost trap can take players, if they have a ghost playermodel
-Ghost thermal NVG can "false positive" when showing something behind a wall
-Ghost thermal NVG & Proton Pack isnt limited to just ghosts
-Players & Zombies will leave footprints behind, see them with the UV torch
-The Proton Pack will spawn empty, wait for it to fully fill up before use
-The Ghost Specs (NGV) will replace the flashlight when equipped, so use the torch
-The camera will freeze NPCs for a second (can also blind players)
-To pick up a ghost trap, one must not have it and press E on it
-To unequip the ghost NVG, write "RemoveGhostNVG" in console
-Add .IsGhost = true to entities to make them count as ghost (for devs)

ConVars:
-GH_EnemiesAreGhosts 0 | if 1, all spawned enemy NPCs will be classified as ghost
-GH_Flaregun_Onetime 0 | set to 1 to have the flare gun despawn after use
-GH_FootPrintNPC_Chance 0.7 | chance of NPC creating UV footprint
-GH_FootPrintNPC_Enabled 0 | spawn UV footprint for NPCs (VJ & Zombi)
-GH_FootPrintPlayer_Enabled 1 | spawn UV footprint for players
-GH_FootPrintPlayer_DegradeMultipler 1 | takes 2 mins for UV footprint to despawn
-GH_MaxPages 8 | change number for max page cap until it flips back to 0
-GH_SlenderAmbience 1 | set to 0 to disable global music when collecting pages
-GH_SoftScares 0 | set to 1 to enable soft jumpscares caused randomly by radiators
