Description:

This modification adds to create weapons, ammunition and armor from Aluminum, Platinum, Gold and Rose Gold.

I recommend to install together with More Material Item

I also corrected the properties of these metals for myself, because I considered that the difference in the technological level between copper (T1) >> iron (T2) >> steel (T3) is much less blurred than between steel (T3) and adamantium (T4).

Now the role of T4 metals is taken over by Aluminum and Platinum, when Adamantium becomes a T5.

Aluminum

– the properties of the metal have been changed in favor of cutting weapons, but it remains the same light and fragile, which makes it still terrible for creating armor. Its rarity will not allow you to create a lot of weapons, and its high cost will make this weapon a truly valuable gift to your beloved dwarf. In terms of cutting properties, it surpasses steel by x1.75

Platinum

– the properties of the metal have been changed in favor of increased strength, but it remains still as heavy. Its rarity will not allow you to create a lot of weapons and armor, and the high cost will make any items made of this metal a great gift. With its help, it is now possible to make the best crushing weapons (hammers and maces), previously available only with an extremely rare variant with artifact crafting. Also, this material will be an excellent option for creating armor, because its strength is x1.5 higher than that of steel, BUT WITHOUT SKILL of WEARING ARMOR – "beginners" will suffer greatly due to the heavy weight of the armor.

Gold

– the properties of the metal have been changed in favor of increased strength, now it is 20% better than iron, but still much worse than steel ~x2.5. Weapons with cutting damage from it are still quite bad and inferior even to iron, but as crushing weapons (hammers and maces) – it surpasses silver in all parameters, but still worse than Platinum.

Rose Gold

– properties as in Gold.

To add a mod to an existing save, you need to move the files from the modification with replacement to:
datavanillavanilla_materialsobjects

In the future, I plan to change the properties of alloys, because now they are no different from their "pure" counterparts.
