Removes stat randomization from Artifact Crafting process. Guarantees the best roll every time.
Can be configured using in-game menu (LShift+R by default, can be changed in hotkey settings).
Notes:
1) Mod can be added to existing games without issues. Mod can be removed from existing games without issues. Mod affects only the very end of the artifact crafting process. Artifacts created before this mod was enabled will not be changed. Artifacts crafted with this mod enabled will not be changed after mod removal.
2) The (+++) indicators in the item description depend on more than just the removed random roll, so your artifacts may have (—) even with this mod enabled.
3) "Global override" and "Fine-tuning" modes are mutually exclusive: if one is enabled – the other automatically disables. Global override makes multiplier the same for every stat (except Attack Speed if the corresponding checkbox is ticked). Fine-tuning mode allows you to change multipliers for every individual stat as you want.
4) "Allow unsafe values" checkbox only works in Fine-tuning mode and is ignored in Global override mode. Without it all values are being clamped to the vanilla range (0.75-1.15). By using unsafe values you relieve the mod author from any responsibility for broken savefiles due to invalid values or for ruined fun due to overpowered items.
Technical:
1) The mod changes only 1 specific instance of randomness: the 0.75-1.15 random range applied during the last step of artifact stat generation. Random variables such as base item stats and crafter stats are still in effect.
2) Only affects crafted artifacts. Randomly generated items, such as every NPC artifact, should not be affected and will still have a random 0.75-1.15 modifier for every stat.
3) All other internal game-logic is untouched.
